and unbelievably so. i'm supposed to have a vocal exam (practical) on friday, but i can't even hit a high C right now (my usual range goes up to an A). i'm sure to fail this. hopefully my teacher accepts my doctor's note.
i'll post more later. still have to do religion homework. |

i'm back at livejournal again. this account is becoming to be my garbage dump when i don't feel like updating my domain. go figure. i pay $4.00 a month and ends up using a free service.
today was a strange day, to say the least. i found out that two of my friends are adopted. now, there's nothing wrong with that, obviously. it's just that it never really crossed my mind. i think it's awesome. with the number of abortions increasing every year, it's good to know that there's still some babies out there who are getting a chance at life. that, and there are couples out there who are willing to make a difference in the world of a child.
makes me wonder my own situation. what if one day, my mom decides that she wants to adopt? would i feel the same way as i do now? probably. but, i can never be too sure. i haven't faced that situation yet. however, for one thing, i do want my mom to have another child. she's still young (to some degree), and i'll be leaving the house soon. it would be a shame for such a loving parent to have no child in her home to love.
